 NEWS FLASH, NEW VERSION OF THE EPC STARTS 17th JUNE 2025

In 2008, the software and calculation engine behind the domestic EPC were rather basic. Since then, the software has undergone steady development to increase its accuracy. On June 17th, version 10 will be introduced. As more information is required to complete the data entry, this will mean that the EPC assessment at your dwelling will take significantly longer than previously and will result in a more accurate rating. Please refer to "What is a EPC - How can you help on how to make the energy assessment more accurate. Please note that with all renewals of the EPC, the energy rating graph can go up, remain the same, or go down.
